Lucas Construction Group, Inc. is looking for motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in bridge construction.

Skills And Qualifications

• Use of HCSS Heavy Job – Reporting system a Plus
• Working Knowledge of Plans and Specs
• Understands Construction Phasing and Project Schedules
• Daily Job Reporting and Tracking Manpower and timecards
• Schedule Manpower, Equipment, Materials well in advance of work
• Review and monitor all Project Safety Daily
• Lead Crew and Push workers to meet production goals
• Strong work Ethic
• Willingness to Learn
• Computer proficient (Excel, E-mail, Word, MS Project, HCSS Heavy Job, Pdf, CADD)
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and other training cert. (Rigging, excavation, confined space, etc…)
• Engineering Degree not required but is a plus,
