The extensive Noe Street Drainage Improvements project included: Milling; Paving; Concrete and Belgian Block Curbing and the Installation of more than 7,000 Linear Feet of Pipe. Inlets, Grates and Manholes, plus Restoration of Landscaping, completed this phase of the Carteret project.
