This extensive Paving Project at Ocean County College (Phase 3) was designed to service the new Kean University Building through Construction of a Perimeter Loop Road connecting the campus. A newly-constructed Traffic Rotary, two new Traffic Signals, Upgraded Overhead Utility Poles and the Paving of College Drive and H. George Buckwell Drive, facilitated improved traffic flow for the expanding college population. An upgraded Drainage and Outfall Structure, within several large Basin Systems with Sand Filter, completed the project.
